As the year ends, we want to have clean start with the beginning of a new one. As the guild master it always brings me pain to kick people out of the Tribe, but in order to keep our ranks fresh and active, we will continue to do. We offer these sacrifices to Hircine and pray that He will uphold his blessing throughout the year that comes!

What the future brings '17

Hello brothers and siters of the Tribe. Im sure you are busy, but please take a moment of your time to read this. It's been a whole year when I wrote a small summary of our (then young) guild. Did something changed since then? Plenty!

I won't bother you about how we started, as I wrote about it in the same post a year ago and after the celebration of our Great Hunt. What I want to write is, how time passes and how we are still the same, but different. Even now, we have about 111 members of this guild, one can say that we only got 20 new members throughout the year? No. Thanks to quarterly "Purges" we have been making sure that we keep only the active players within our ranks. And you know what? It works! When 2016 kicked off our (then known) PvP event Blood Hunt attracted roughly about 0 to 2 players. Right now, everytime we host the (now known) PvP/PvE event Eternal Hunt always have something to go around! It's the little thing like that that has changed us over the year. Im am grateful that many of the most active players of 2016 were also one who were active within the guild in the 2015. I dare to say that one of the reasons why we're still together is the fact, that we treat ourselves as a family. I've seen guilds rise and fall all because people could not get along. Sometimes the little things matter, like calling ourselves brothers and sisters of the Tribe or giving a *HOWL* when a new members joins the guild is all that gives them a good first impression, thus they give us a greater credit of trust and after a while, they know they have found their place.

Now, thanks to One Tamriel, the guild only expands! Not only we managed to perform our first Ebon Fang Tournament (which @Ayleen1412 won, not yelding to anyone) but there are more things in store for 2017:

Houses - YES! YES! YES! They're almost here! Finally, the guild can have a place on their own without any trolls or bystanders interrupting our meetings. with 750 000+ gold stored in our guild bank we're bound to get the biggest and the best house!

Huntsman's Feast - Again, our werewolf themed Christmas is coming back again! As always, more info will be held in the future!

Trials - Even though we tried to perform at least one 100% Bloodmoon Tribe Trial, we always had some issues that resulted in not having a one. Hopefully, and by seeing new, fresh and active players, 2017 will result in breaking the curse :)

Moon Raffles - By the second half of '16 Moon Raffles were gone, but by popular demand on our Moots, they will back and better than ever!

And much, much more!

On a personal note: there were times when I got overwhelmed by real-life issuses unrelated to the guild that pissed me off so hard that I wanted to just throw away everything and not worry about maintaining the guild as a result. But then, when I logged into the game and saw all the responses and the positive vibe on our guild chat, I knew I was in the right place and would not dare to leave you guys alone. You, brothers and sisters are my strenght to run the Tribe when in doubt. So once again, I salute to you! It is my honor to lead you and Bloodmoon Tribe! Blessed are you ;-)

2016 was a great year for the Tribe. Let's make 2017 even better!

Christmas Break '16

Greetings brothers and sisters of the Tribe! As you may know, the Christmas is coming, and many of our fellow wolves are busy with preparations and visiting relatives. I'll be brief then: due to Christmas and upcoming New Years Eve, ALL of Tribe's Grand Events are on hold, until 06/01/17! There will be still a Purge and I'll have a special annoucement during this time.

Also, we will kickoff 2017 with Eternal Hunt and week after that... with our annual Huntsman's Feast!

Ebon Fang Tournament: Winner of Finals, Winner of Ebon Fang Challenge

Greetings brothers and sisters of the Tribe! Boy, what an evening it was! First @Beastasaur66 fought with @Ayleen1412 for 30 000 gold and the title of Ebon Fang. Battle of the elders was fierce, quick and brutal. In the end, only one could prevail and it was @Ayleen1412, becoming the 1st EVER Ebon Fang Tournament champion!

But that was not all! The Ebon Fang, @Ayleen1412 challenged The Alpha, @Onslo86 for extra 20 000 gold and the rank of Alpha's Fang. Unlike previous fight, the challenge was the longest fight in recorded tournament history, was bloody full of close calls and second winds, that turned the tide of the fight. It was just GLORIOUS to watch! Yet, even the mighty Alpha could not withstand the power of Five Foot Murder Machine known as @Ayleen1412! 50 000 gold won in total and a well earned rank of Alpha's Fang is hers. Congratulations!

The Beautiful Storm: No kings among wolves

Welcome brothers and sisters of the Tribe, to the FINAL chapter of our current RP storyline: The Beautiful Storm!

"So this is what the end looks like. The great red storm over the lands of Orsimer. If all fails, a god will arise. There is but a small amount of hope, though. He was stopped once, and this time, with the powers of the Totems, the magical sword of Umbra and the newly reforged Dagger of the Hunter, the Bloodmoon Tribe may end it once and for all."

Join the Wolves of the Tribe trying to stop an ancient werewolf from achieving godhood this Saturday in Orsinium, Wrothgar! Due to powers beyond me the starting hour will be 18:30 (UK)/19:30 (EU)! Witness the end!

Ebon Fang Tournament: Winners of semi-finals

Greetings once again brothers and sisters of the Tribe! After Saturday's Fight 5 and Fight 6 we now know who will face off in the finals of the Tournament! In Fight 5 @Beastasaur66 went against all odds and has beaten @Ariana86!

In Fight 6 @Johnny_9Fingers despite the good will and and determination, could not stop @Ayleen1412 from claiming a victory and moving forth in the Tournament.

So this is it: this Saturday, after the Gathering, we will have the final match for 30 000 gold and the title of Ebon Fang: @Beastasaur66 VERSUS @Ayleen! And the winner will have an opportunity to issue the challenge to Alpha himself! Should the challenger win, he will earn a extra 20 000 gold and will be entitled as Fang of the Alpha!

Ebon Fang Tournament: Meet the final four

Kotathix, considered the weakest of the Venerated Elders is also considered the smartest. Where others use pure strenght, he uses skillful attacks and momentum to seize the victory. If that fails, he's also got his trusty blacksmith hammer hidden in the Arena when the referee isn't watching.

He... went broke thanks to that and now he fights not only to fulfil his dream, but also to pay for the rest of the course.

Greetings brothers and sisters of the Tribe! This week's Grand Event is the Moot - the social event, where members of the Tribe can hang out and discuss the state of our guild. With the Ebon Fang Tournament's finals are close at hands, we can take the first lessons we learned from hosting this duelling event. Today's annoucement of Homestead will also spark a massive discussion about where the HQ will be placed or how it's going to be deocrated. This is also the last Moot we're going to make in 2016 so we'll talk about our past ups and downs during the year. But that's not all! The Moot is also the place where anyone can raise an issue important to them, regarding the guild, so if you have some questions you want to hear the public out, do it! I always say that: no matter if you're a guild veteran or recently recruited rookie - everyone's voice matters!

Ebon Fang Tournament: Winner of Fight 4

Greetings brothers and sisters of the Tribe! After yesterday's hard-fought battle @Ayleen1412 (2) emerged victorius over @Kendov64 (0) thus making her last semi-finalist in the Tournament! Yet in the "Anything goes" challenge (an extra fight which was issued to between the Fight 4) @DerJabbi won against @Ayleen1412 2 to 1 in a super fast, super brutal fight with tons of damage and walked away with 10 000 gold!

Now we focus on the next phase of the Tournament - the semi-finals! Next Saturday, after the Moot, we will host not one, but two fights! Fight 5: @Beastasaur66 versus @Ariana86 AND Fight 6: @Johnny_9Fingers versus @Ayleen1412! Test your might!

The Gathering, Ebon Fang Tournament: Winner of Fight 3

As you may know, due to lack of key characters in the previous RP meeting, we've moved the Crimson Thunder scenario to this week's Gathering. Details can be found HERE.

In other news @Johnny_9Fingers won, after his rival (and twin brother) @Silverfox83 could not attend. But he was replaced by @WerewolfMoonHunter, but he could not stop Johnny from winning and moving to the next phase of the tournament!

And this Sunday at 17:00 The Ebon Fang Tournament will have the last fight before the semi-final phase! @Ayleen1412, one of the most toughest players will take fight against @Kendoven! At the request of @Silverfox83, the fight have been moved from 17:00 (UK)/18:00 (EU) to 19:30 (UK)/20:30 (EU). It is still Sunday the 27th and it is still Battle of the Brothers! The Beautiful Storm: Crimson thunder

This is it! The Beautiful Storm storyline drawns to it's end and this week's Role Play Grand Event is where it all starts!

"So. It has begun. Even here I see Briidrunstrun's foul plan move into motion. And i watch as the Tribe gathers maybe for the last time. They heard about the reports of the crimson thunders appearing in the clear sky that occurred a few days ago. They weren't ready to face him just yet. No. But they have a chance. If they will not tally and move to the Morkul Forge soon, there is a glimpse of hope. They have the Umbra and they have the tip of the Blade of the Hunter. They know the end will be soon, and I can't predict the outcome. I pray they will stop the Storm Wolf, but experience has taught me over the years to expect the worst instead. I can see clearly, even now, blind and far away, that this might be the last chance, and only one of them will walk out alive. Briidrunstrun or the Tribe. Fate is a fickled thing, even for me, the one they call Fatebinder."

Crossroads: Calm before the Storm

Crossroads: Calm before the Storm

Crossroads is a minigame that will be announced from time to time after certain RP events. Since we're doing an RP event every 2/3 weeks players will have plenty of time to choose what to do next. On our STEAM Group there is a sub-forum where all of the Crossroad minigames are displayed. Players are given a vote and can choose one of few possible outcomes that WILL affect our RP storylines in some way. So join in and have your say in the RP events!

This time the Tribe temporary moved their agenda to Orsinium, where the Storm Wolf is currently hiding and where is the place where the Spear of the Hunter can be reforged. In order to move freely around Orsinium and Wrothgar, the Tribe must lay low and lower any kind of suspicion. If Orsinium forces detect the presence of so many werewolves in their capital things may get... dire. Eboneye made a list of jobs possible for every active player in the Beautiful Storm storyline. Every player may choose one from their list.

• Assassin - Small targets can lead to gaining some extra coin.
• Barmaid - Not a glorious job, but it's the tavern where the most gossip and info go around
• Burglar - Breaking into homes can lead to interesting finds and trouble.

@Ayleen*

• Scout - Orsinium needs scouts with the recent troubles going on. You might discover something along the way.
• Servant - Again, not a glorious job, but having acess to King's keep can provide interesting leads.
• Hunter - Wrothgar is full of game. Selling meat and hide can lead to meeting interesting characters.

@Garjon

• Builder - Sounds dull, but Orsinium is being rebuilt and work like this can lead to discovering secret passageways and forgotten layouts of the fortress.
• Bouncer- Getting to know who goes when to an inn can lead to interesting things. Pros: you can bash drunken patrons. Cons: you can't drink while on the job.
• Thug - Orsinium is not a nice town. Some blood must be spilled. So why not do in for coin and give give you a view on the darker side of the city?

@Kotathix

• Archivist - House of Orsimer Glories sure can use a skilled scribe. Not paid well, but knowledge is power they say.
• Blacksmith Apprentice - Not a full term one, but working in the forge can lead to good coin and you can always meet all kinds of customers.
• Sellsword - There are always some various groups seeking someone to help them out. For decent amount of coin at least.

*Ayleen as an acting Alpha can order one werewolf of the Tribe to do a particular job she wishes. Sorry guys, but she's the boss :)

There are also plenty of other jobs for people who recently joined and want to help out before the final battle with the Storm Wolf. Give me a shout in-game about it or post it on our Steam group subforum! The Ebon Fang Tournament Warrior Draw is moved to 06/11/16

Warriors! With a heavy heart, I must announce that the Ebon Fang Tournament is being moved to next week's Sunday, same time, just different date. There are many reasons why, but the main reason is that there were only 5 contestants by today who paid the entry fee and I know there are still few who want to join. So, we're moving it onto next Sunday and 'were going to see if it's going to be a good idea or not.

To all who don't know - Ebon Fang Tournament is our own first duelling event in which players compete in a elimination ladder, where the winner of the ladder gets 30 000 gold in cash, a special rank of Ebon Fang and a chance to fight the alpha himself to earn extra 20 000 gold and have the rank of Alpha Fang. The entry fee is 2 000 gold, and it's really nothing compared to kicking ass in werewolf forms and having a chance to show who is the top dog among the Tribe's warriors!

Gathering moved to 29/10/16

Hello and once again my apologies for what have transpired on last Saturday's RP. Thank you for the support in the last days and I hope things like that will never happened to me again or Ari. To make up for it, this week's Grand Event will be the RP once again!

This Saturday at 17:00 (UK)/18:00 (Euro) we travel to Wrothgar! Prepare 2-3 hours of your time for an good old fashioned Role-Play!

But that's not all! I'd like to gently remind you that The Master of the Ebong Fang Tournament is still on! This Sunday will be the draw and it's your chance to enter to win exclusive title rank and 30 or 50 thousand gold pieces! Entry fee is only 2 000 gold, but hey, a chance to prove you are the ultimate werewolf dosen't happen that very often! Test you might!

This might be the last chance for relief before the final stand against the Firstborn."

So with the One Tamriel comes the eagerly awaited duelling system. For a guild of werewolves... well this was something every brother and sister of the Tribe wanted. So here it is and time to do something with it. As of today, I, your Alpha, am proud to announce the Mmmortal Kom- I mean... Super Wolf Fighter Tur- gods dammit...

MASTER OF THE EBON FANG TOURNAMENT!

Two weeks from today we will host a tournament, every participant will have a chance to prove that he is the meanest, most ruthless and toughest warrior of the Tribe. Classic fighting rules of best of 3 rounds will apply and depending on the number of fighters there will be a classic ladder elimination. The last two remaining fighters will have a chance to grab 30 000 gold in cold hard drakes, title of Ebon Fang and a chance to challenge The Alpha for another 20 000 gold and the prestigious title of Hircine's Fang! And all of this will held on selected glorious locations scattered throughout Ebonheart Pact territories!

As mentioned before this will be a tournament, so every week the Tribe will host a small event wherein everyone is welcomed to cheer their friends on and boo their foes.

The official rules are as follows:

Every round, players start with transforming into werewolves (before actual fight, players can recharge their ultimate). Best of 3 wins.

Reverting back to human/mer/beastfolk form means losing a round. Wolves are Wolves after all.
You win by killing or forcing an enemy warrior to break the duel.

Other than that, every move is legal. Poisoned enchantment? No problem. Tossing enemy off the cliff? You got it.

So, in total there is a chance to win 30 000 or 50 000 gold, chance to gain prestigious titles and have a showdown with Alpha himself? Boy oh boy, time to hit the gym! The entry fee will be 2 000 gold or more if you want to help out the Tribe. The official warrior draw will be held on the 30th of November (Sunday) and first two fights will be held the week after!

Greetings brothers and sisters of the Tribe! This week's Grand Event is the Moot - the first one after our birthday special - Great Hunt! We have a lot of things to discuss, including the upcoming One Tamriel update, the recently added rules and future feautures that will be implemented to the Tribe in the coming weeks. The Moot is also the place where anyone can raise an issue important to them, regarding the guild, so if you have some questions you want to hear the public out, do it! I always say that: no matter if you're a guild veteran or recently recruited rookie - everyone's voice matters!

This Saturday the Moot is hosted at our Hunter's Shrine in Stonefalls! Same time as always - 17:00 (UK)/18:00 (Euro). Don't forget to bring your guild tabard and I'll see you there!

Rules + (Unbitten) Purge #5

It has been a while but it's finally here! After almost a year of informal ruling the time has come to make those rules formal! As of today, there is a RULES section in our Menu Bar above the website, known as LITANY OF THE WOLF for it was written in blood, followed by a dance of fire and performed under a blood moon during the Wolf's hour! These rules should not affect any of the current members of the guild but I STRONGLY recommend to read them anyway - from now on it is our "code of honour" so to speak and guide.

But that's not all! In the following weeks you will witness changes and new feautures within the Tribe. One of the new changes will include a guide to recruiting new members.

The rank of Unbitten One has been removed, and as of today we are a WEREWOLF GUILD ONLY, which means we only accept fellow wolves or, if needed we turn a candidate into one of us! That also means there have been a small Purge within our guild ranks, and only one brother decided to accept the gift of Hircine.

We howl the loss of these souls who never had a chance to accept the gift of the Huntsman and wish them a brighter future, and who knows - maybe they will return to the Tribe someday?

1st of October changes - please read

Greetings. As you know, the Tribe is constantly changing and evolving. And recently we decided (Alpha and Venerated Elders) that it's high time to bring some big changes to the guild. First of all, the new feature that will be added to the guild is none other than Rules. Yes, rules. Now as you know we already have some informal rules, but it didn't work as good as we intended them to and with the upcoming One Tamriel update we have decided that it is the best time for an action like that. So, in few days you shall see our new rules (in spirit of our theme we called it the Litany of the Wolf) being rolled out to you.

Second change is that the rank of “Unbitten Ones” is being removed. We're becoming a werewolf-only guild. If somebody desires to join the Bloodmoon Tribe but hasn’t been bitten, our sacred duty is to deliver them the gift of Hircine. The current Unbitten Ones in our guild will have time to get bitten until 01.10.16 or they shall be removed from the Tribe.

There will be some changes with recruiting new people too - but this shall be explained on a later date.

In lighter news: the idea of a guild fee was ultimately dropped out, but the guild needs your money for the upcoming housing update sometime at the end of this year/beginning of New Year.

Last but not least – due to his much appreciated effort on creating and maintaining our Discord channel, brother @thebone147 has been elevated to the rank of Sacred Hunter! Howl in his name!

A BIG "Thank You"

The Hunter Games winner is @Ayleen1412, who received 10 000 gold, proved to be the ultimate hunter and received a unique temporary rank - "Tribe's Champion"!

Well, yesterday's event was a stunning success. Since the summer break we haven't had such a nice frequency that oscillated between 7 and 10 brothers and sisters of the Tribe. Thank you for coming and competing!

Last year, when I formed the Bloodmoon Tribe along with Ari I didn’t have a clue that I'll be having a website and a Steam Group. We just wanted to get some friends and hang out with other werewolf players. New people, new ideas "Let's do some Role Play", "How about some PvP", etc. With every new active player the Tribe grew stronger, and became more dynamic. And I look at the past and see that after a year, we host a grand event almost every week (~ 45 Grand Events were held) and host small scale events like Moon Raffle or Huntsman's Feast. We saw many ambitious projects (like Bloodmoon Tribe GER) who either failed or were incorporated to the daily affairs of our little guild. It still hurts me that every quarter of a year we must purge our ranks of inactive members, but it's better to be honest, with everyone bragging that they have 431 members, but only 20 of them are active.

What the most important part is, that we are still here, growing, experimenting on new ideas and having FUN. As the guild master I met a plethora of interesting people, many who are still with the Tribe. We keep in contact and we still play ESO. Some were even present when we were just getting started. Sure, we had arguments, fallouts, or false accusations - but in the end we kept together. That's why I welcome you every time with "greeting brothers and sisters of the Tribe" or something similar. We've grown to like each other, hence we still use our nickname “the Family” (of monsters). Because we are - not bound by blood, but bound by bytes of data and a werewolf template - but it is a family bond. We have so many small day-to-day rites when we meet or just talk idly that people stopped seeing, 'cause they are used to it by now.

As we enter the New Year for our guild I see changes on the horizon - Hunt of the Week is just a start. We are incorporating rules that while they exist nowadays, they weren't official. It's time to change that. There's more and with the upcoming new content (One Tamriel, houses, duels) we have a brave new world awaiting us. I'm sure we'll manage - we went through so much, that now any challenge is not hard for us.

Why? Because we are the Tribe, we are the Family.
And as your Alpha, I am forever grateful.

GREAT HUNT Scheldue

A quick reminder that tomorrow we will host our birthday party event - the GREAT HUNT! As this probably is going to be the longest event in the Tribe's history, here's a short timetable for all of the things that will happen:

16:00 (UK)/17:00 (EU) - The Great Hunt begins! A two hour PvP/PvE event which mirrors our standard Eternal Hunt rules - depending of the size of the group we either go to a dungeon, Cyrodiil or we perform a Trial!

18:00 (UK)/19:00 (EU) - Hunter Games start. Or, the Great Werewolf Race. Earn 10 000 gold and the title of "Master of the Hunt" (for a limited time). Entry costs 1 000 gold, but the glory and honours will last forever!

19:00 (UK)/20:00 (EU) - The Annual Anniversary Lottery comes to a draw! Have a laugh, win a few prizes, and have a feeling that your ticket is helping out the guild! There are still ticket numbers left, which you can buy! Check them HERE!

About 20:00 (UK)/21:00 (EU) - the event ends, if there are still people interested we can host an after-party with dancing and doing silly stuff!

Are you ready to be the ultimate hunter?

 During the Great Hunt there will be held a special contest, called the Hunter Games, in which YOU can prove that you are the ultimate hunter! What is this so-called Hunter Games, you ask? It's a race across the Rift in which you show how good you are as a werewolf! There will be only two rules players will need to know:

- You have to race in the werewolf form
- If you can't sustain your werewolf form and transform back into your normal character, you lose.

Oh, and you need to get from point A to B of course.

The winner of this contest not only will win eternal glory, but also 10 000 gold in cold hard cash and a temporary special rank within the guild: "The Master of the Hunt". The catch? A 1 000 gold to secure your entry in this contest (and help with the guild's finances)! Remember, this Saturday during the Great Hunt prove to others that you are the ultimate hunter!

Introducing: Hunt of the Week

Celebrating this week’s 1st anniversary of the guild, we're also introducing new ideas! And one of them is “Hunt of the Week”. You may noticed that in our in-game guild page there is a section called: “Message of the Day”. On the MotD we inform you about this week's upcoming Grand Event and next week’s one too. Well, from now on, under those there will be a new section called "Hunt of the Week". This will be a small, ongoing and repetitive weekly PvP/PvE event with certain goals in mind. For instance, there might be HotW focused purely on training Veteran Crypt of Hearts in order to improve and get some sweet, sweet loot. Other Hunts can focus on going to Cyrodiil and... fishing. Sounds dull, but if you think that fishing behind enemy lines for the "Master Angler" title is easy, try it on your own. This weekly event will hopefully make up for people who want to do some raids, but can't come to the Eternal Hunt.

You guys wanted more PvP/PvE events? We’ve got you covered! Starting Sunday the 18th the Hunts will be an integrated part of the Bloodmoon Tribe's project "To Further Exceed Europe's Best Werewolf Guild!"(TFEEBWG in short).

And also the anniversary lottery! There are still tickets left! And some of them are really, really something! Don't hold out on your cash, ‘cause buying those tickets is: a) worth it, b) if not worth it then funny, c) helping the guild cover its fees! We return to RP events and we continue the Beautiful Storm Saga! This time, a the enigmatic Fatebinder finally calls the wolves of the Bloodmoon to help.

Two things. I managed decypher the journal from that Runa lass. There were some interesting things in most important of them were the possible locations of the Briidsomething's wereabouts. According to the records, most of them lead up to Wrothgar. But interesting enough, in hte last entries there were also reports of the some of that wolfmeat scumbag followers were gathering in Craglorn. My guess? They are looking for something there, but it's just a guess.

Also, Red was researching some info about "The First Heretic" a Ashalander/early Temple story of some sort for Helseth. According to her, some of it's fragments were stored in a place called the Hall of Justice in Vivec City. It dosen't specify what it is all about, so I'm guessing there has to be either a second journal of it might've been some correspondence between them we don't know about. But as far as I understand it's not relevant to the whole Storm Lord thing.

Second thing: the Galos fella, delivered a message to the Manor, though he wasn't happy to see me (I wonder why) and left you a message: "It is time. Fatebinder calls." Whoever that Fatebinder fella is.

My suggestion: I'll snoop around Wrothgar and see what I can find more. Arvamea caught up on me and she took dibs on Craglorn case. From what I understand, this Fatebinder case is quite important.

This Saturday at 17:00 (UK)/18:00 (Euro) We meet in the Hollow City in the realm of Coldharbour! Unfortuneatly, there will be a limit for three players only as this RP event will be held in a 4-player dungeon. Acting Alpha (Ayleen) and Venerated Elders of the Tribe will have prirority in this event - but all others are welcomed to stay around the Old Manor and await return of the three wolves (probably about 1 hour later)!

Yes dear friends! With the upcoming Great Hunt there will be held a special anniversary lottery. Why is not called Moon Raffle like we always do? Well, in short beacuse the rules here are way different than our standard raffles. Instead of buying random ticket numbers for 500 gold each, this time you will get to chose the ticket number! Each of them has got a different price tag and in every ticket there will be a special reward! From Steam keys through armor motifs to...potato? Sure, why not! Every ticket will guarantee you a prize and laughs!

Check the tickets prices and reserve them for yourself. Send your tickets requests and gold to @onslo86 while in ESO and remember - first to buy a ticket will get it, while others will have to get a different one.
